Third Man Charged In Connection To Missing Clarksville Man

A third man has been arrested Wednesday night in connection to the disappearance of a Clarksville man.

Kentucky State Police say 22-year-old Marquell Sims, 20-year-old Dawuan Davis, and 36-year-old Gene Henry all of Oak Grove have been arrested in connection to the disappearance of 29-year-old Justin Sawyer.

Sawyer was reported missing in Clarksville on December 17th and was last seen at the Shell gas station on Kentucky 115 in Oak Grove.

According to the citation on December 17th, Davis shot Sawyer in the leg twice during an attempted robbery and made him continue driving.

According to Henry’s arrest citation, he helped Davis move Sawyer’s body from inside of Sawyer’s car to the trunk.

Sawyer’s car was reportedly located on Thursday in Georgia but his body has not been found.

Sims is charged with complicity to first-degree robbery and assault. Davis is charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree assault, and kidnapping.

Henry is charged with tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse.
