United States Senator Rand Paul is hoping legislation he introduced this week in the United States Senate will bring some clarification to regulations surrounding industrial hemp. Paul told the News Edge during a conversation Wednesday morning he has sponsored legislation that would further clarify the amount of THC that can be in industrial hemp.
