The Cadiz Lions Club is hosting a fundraiser this week to support its public outreach services.
Club member Marsha Pater tells the News Edge there will be a yard sale and BBQ at the VFW building at 37 Lafayette Street. The events will take place Friday and Saturday, with the yard sale taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
She adds food available from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and will consist of a bbq sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw, dessert, and drink for $7.
All of the proceeds will benefit the Lions Club and its activities.
Pater adds masks must be worn when coming to the VFW building and if you are not feeling well, you are asked to not come to the fundraiser.
