Kuttawa Woman Injured In Saturday Princeton Crash

A Kuttawa woman was injured in a single vehicle accident in Princeton over the weekend.

Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison states officers responded to reports of a single vehicle accident with possible injuries near the intersection of Linton Way and West Green Street around 8:52 Saturday night. He adds preliminary investigation revealed 39-year-old Amy Sullivan, of Kuttawa, was traveling westbound on Linton Way when a deer ran out into the roadway. Sullivan told officers she swerved to miss the deer which caused her to exit the roadway and collide with a nearby tree.

A passenger in the vehicle, 38-year-old Tiffany Wright, was transported to Caldwell Medical Center ER by Caldwell County EMS for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

No other injuries were reported in the accident.
