Two New Positive COVID Cases Confirmed In Todd County

The Todd County Health Department reported Thursday morning a healthy minor and an adult with underlying health conditions are the latest cases to test positive for COVID-19.

Director Jen Harris said the minor is isolated at home with moderate symptoms and is not connected to any other cases. She added the adult is also isolated at home with mild symptoms and is linked to others infected with the virus.

Since the outbreak began, 215 cases have been confirmed in Todd County. Of those, 182 have recovered, 22 are healing at home, three are hospitalized, and there have been eight deaths related to the virus.

According to Harris, the county’s recovery rate is 82%.
