Police have released the name of a Cadiz woman that was severely injured in a wreck on South Campbell Street in Hopkinsville Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say a car driven by Frances Martinez was northbound on South Campbell Street when it collided with a southbound truck driven by Frederick Johnson of Cadiz that was attempting to turn onto East 9th Street from South Campbell Street.
Martinez was found unresponsive and was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center then flown to a Nashville hospital. The extent of her injuries remains unknown.
The wreck happened just before 10 pm.
