Five More Positive COVID Cases Confirmed In Trigg And Lyon Friday

The Pennyrile District Health Department reports four new positive COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Trigg County Friday, along with one new positive case in Lyon County.

According to the report, the four new cases in Trigg County isolated at home include a 69-year old male, a 27-year old male, a 52-year old female, and a 73-year old male.

The latest cases raise Trigg County’s total number of confirmed cases to 154. Of that number, 40 are active cases isolated at home and four are in the hospital.

In Lyon County, a 61-year old male who is isolated at home is the 69th confirmed case. Health officials indicate 25 of the active cases are isolated at home and one is hospitalized. The county has also suffered the loss of five people who were infected with the virus.
