Two men are charged with unlawful imprisonment after a report of shots fired on Madisonville Road in Crofton Monday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called to the 8000 block of Madisonville Road for a report of shots fired and found that 40-year-old Richard Guiala of Crofton and 64-year-old Richard McKinley of Lampasas, Texas, had held a woman against her will.
Guiala was reportedly found to have a .40 caliber handgun in his vehicle. Both men are charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment. Guiala was also charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.
