Funeral services for former Hopkinsville City Councilman, 87-year old Wesley Grimes of Hopkinsville, will be Sunday afternoon, August 23, at 2:00, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home in Hopkinsville.
Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will begin Sunday at noon.
Survivors include his son: Wesley Mark (Deanna) Grimes of Christian County, KY; his daughter: Rhonda Lynne Grimes (John) Smith of Christian County, KY; his half-brothers: Eddie Tosh, Marlin Grimes, and Waldron Grimes; his half-sisters: Debbie Tosh Granstaff, Regina Grimes Kelley, Carolyn Grimes Hill, Revena Marks, and Kitty Grimes Cooks; four grandchildren: John Tyler Smith II, Leslie Lynn Grimes (Jeff) Turner, Wesley Allen (Shannon) Grimes, and Spencer Adam Smith; ten great-grandchildren: Kayla Smith (Bryce) Phillips, Tyler Austin Smith, Nathan Cole Smith, Larry Dean “Trey” (Jessica) Mullins III, Matthew Mullins, Brianna Hale, Ethan Hale, Lane Grimes, Trevor Michael Smith, and Dylan Wade Smith; and two great-great-grandchildren: Mason Mullins and Coleton Phillips.
