A wreck on US 68 at Canton Road sent a woman to the hospital Friday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say a woman was southbound on Canton Road when she missed her turn and attempted to turn around at the US 68 intersection. As she attempted to turn around, deputies say her SUV was hit by an eastbound SUV on US 68, causing both vehicles to run off the roadway and into a ditch.
The woman was taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital with what deputies say are non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened just before 11 am.
