A long-term care facility in Todd County reported seven cases of COVID-19 Friday.
Hearthstone Place Long Term Care confirmed the cases saying the affected individuals are doing well in isolation. They add resident safety remains their top priority. The facility notes they are in close communication with local and state health officials as for the next steps of action.
Hearthstone Place says they are not allowing visitors as advised by the Todd County Health Department.
The health department reported the seven cases during their Friday update, adding they now have 18 active cases. Todd County has reported 66 COVID-19 cases since the pandemic began in mid-March.
