The Christian County Chamber of Commerce announced a promotion for Kirstie Darnall, who has worked with the organization for nearly four years.
In an announcement Monday, President/CEO Kelli Pendleton says Darnall was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Events. She was hired as the Director of Marketing and Events and will maintain the responsibilities within that position, as well as, now taking on a new role in management.
Pendleton says Darnall exhibits a strong work ethic, natural leadership skills, and a willingness to go above and beyond what is expected of her. She adds over the last few months, Darnall has gone out of her way to help navigate their organization through an ever-changing climate and has played a critical role behind the scenes in supporting their members.
Darnall joined the Christian County Chamber in 2016. Prior to that, she worked for the Kentucky Corn Growers Association and the MSU Business and Innovation Center. She is a graduate of Murray State University with degrees in Public Relations and Agriculture Science.
