The Kentucky Dairy Development Council hosted a dairy product giveaway today at Christian County High School.
A truck containing 1,200 boxes, each with 2 gallons of milk, sour cream, onion dip, cream cheese, cottage cheese, and flavored milk was given away Tuesday at Christian County High School. The Dairy Development Council has been hosting giveaways for products like this all over the state with plans to continue until September. Part of the program has stemmed from assistance made available through the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program. The Giveaway operated with a drive-through system with Christian County FFA members placing the boxes in the vehicles of those participating.
