Trigg Senior Parade Looking For Community Participation Saturday Afternoon

The Trigg County High School 2020 Senior Parade will take place Saturday afternoon.

Senior parent Carrie McGinnis says the parade is a “reverse parade” since students will be standing on the sidewalk along Main Street and the community is invited to drive by to help celebrate their accomplishments.

The parade will start at 2:00 and last until 4:00, but McGinnis says if you would like to participate, you need to arrive in the parking lot behind the high school fifteen minutes before the start time.

McGinnis asks everyone who wants to participate to follow all current safety and health guidelines to protect everyone.

Special coverage of the parade will air on 106.5 WKDZ, wkdzradio.com, and the WKDZ app beginning at 2:00 PM.

Following the parade, the seniors will participate in the Trigg County Farm Bureau Insurance Norman Cotton “Cap Toss”. If you are unable to participate in the parade, you can watch it via the Hancock’s Neighborhood Market live video feed on the homepage of wkdzradio.com.
