A private funeral for 78-year old Danny Higgins of Elkton will be held Wednesday afternoon, May 20, at 2:00 at Todd County Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Elkton.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday morning at 10:00. Due to the coronavirus, officials at the funeral home say anyone attending the visitation must wear a mask and refrain from shaking hands and hugging as well as maintain social distancing by keeping six feet apart.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years Dianne Higgins of Elkton; three daughters Kimberly Sears (David) of Allegre, Cherie Morris (Mitch) and Brandi Higgins (Coty) both of Elkton; one sister Rita Barber of Allegre; three grandchildren Dusty Reed (Quincy) of Woodlawn, Tennessee, Logan Powell (Greer) of Elkton and Daniel Kailoha Higginsdraper of Elkton; two step-grandchildren Mitchell Morris of Bowling Green and Micah Morris of Hopkinsville and two great-grandchildren Kane Reed and Tucker Peck.
