Two HCC Students Selected For KCTCS All-Academic Team

Officials with the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) have announced 32 students, including two from Hopkinsville Community College, have been selected for the 2019-20 All-Academic Team. Students from each of the 16 colleges that make up KCTCS were chosen based on a rigorous process that focuses on academic performance and community service.

The two Hopkinsville Community College students selected are Emma Karleen Sunderhaus and Jennifer Gomez Villegas.

KCTCS is the Commonwealth’s largest postsecondary institution with sixteen colleges and more than 70 campuses. It is also the state’s largest provider of workforce training and online education. Since the creation of KCTCS, officials say they have served nearly one million Kentuckians.
