A historic home in Allensville was damaged in a fire Friday afternoon.
Todd County Emergency Management say firefighters from Allensville, Guthrie, Elkton, and Olmstead were called to 8255 Allensville Road just after 6 pm for a chimney fire.
The fire reportedly spread to the attic and roof but firefighters were able to contain the fire before the home was severely damaged.
No one was injured in the fire.
