The Hopkinsville YMCA is looking forward to an exciting new year of sports, youth programs, and new year’s resolutions going into 2020.
Membership and Marketing Director Jason Strickland spoke during Tuesday’s Rotary meeting to highlight the amenities that set the YMCA apart from its competition.
He adds they will have their first Shamrock Shuffle 5K and Fun Run in March to raise funds for their community programs.
Wilson notes they will be having their annual meeting and volunteer recognition on January 30th to share what they accomplished in 2019 as well as their goals for the upcoming year.
He adds sign-ups for flag football as well as some other youth sports programs are ongoing. In other good news, the YMCA will reopen their outdoor pool Memorial Day weekend.
