Funeral services for 60-year old Wayne Scott Lewis of Oak Grove will be Friday afternoon, December 13, at 2:00 at Hughart, Beard and Giles Funeral Home in Hopkinsville.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 Friday afternoon.
Burial will military honors will be at 11:00 Monday morning, December 16, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
