A Hopkinsville man was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and shoplifting Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 60-year-old Bobby Morrow was reportedly seen on camera urinating by the coke machines at Walmart and took two bags of grass seed and leather gloves.
Morrow was already given a trespass warning for Walmart in the past. He is charged with third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
