The ribbon was cut to the D.J. Everett III Radio Room at the WKDZ/WHVO Studios Friday afternoon during the 10th annual Pink Out.
The ribbon-cutting was sponsored by the Trigg County Chamber of Commerce, with Director Connie Allen saying the radio stations have a huge impact on the community.
Cadiz Mayor Todd King commends the stations for all of their hard work.
WKDZ/WHVO Owner Beth Mann says the new addition has been a dream of hers the entire time she has been a breast cancer survivor.
Mann notes the radio room and the Legends Room to pay honor those who have impacted the company.
The extension was designed by CS Design and constructed by A&K Construction. Mann also thanked Solutions Technology Group and Rockcastle Iron Works for all of their hard work during the project.
