Deputies have released the name of a woman that was injured in a wreck on Newstead Road Tuesday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Brandon Myers told the News Edge at the scene 22-year-old Deziree Baker of Cadiz was two miles north of the Trigg County line when she swerved to miss a deer.
Baker was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center by ambulance for non-life-threatening injuries.
