Second Person Indicted In May 2018 Clarksville Murder

A second person has been indicted in connection to a May 2018 murder in Montgomery County.

Clarksville Police Public Information Officer Jim Knoll says the March grand jury indicted 19-year old Victoria Erin Mallory Powell for felony murder and especially aggravated burglary in the death of Andrew Young on Post Road.

Powell turned herself in to the Montgomery County Jail Monday night and is being held on a $500,000 bond.

Last week, Knoll reported 21-year old Tyler Stilke was also indicted by the grand jury for felony murder and especially aggravated burglary in connection to Young’s death. He was served the indictment in the Montgomery County Jail where he was incarcerated for a probation violation. He is also being held on a $500,000.

Police say several people forced their way into the Post Road residence on May 11, 2018, in what was believed to be a robbery attempt and Young was killed in the process.

Knoll indicates additional arrests, in this case, are pending.
