A Crofton man was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia Monday morning.
According to a Hopkinsville police report, 29-year-old Derrick Haile was charged after police responded to a suspicious vehicle call on Skyline Drive and reportedly found him passed out in the driver seat.
A bag of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was allegedly found in the vehicle.
