Police report the second Crime Stoppers Fugitive of the Week has been arrested.
Hopkinsville Police arrested 31-year old Dustin Scott Thomas Friday after receiving a tip on his location.
Thomas was served with warrants for two charges of probation violation and is lodged in the Christian County Jail.
