HPD Collecting For Christmas Morning Miracle Toy Drive

You can help bring joy to some children less fortunate who may not receive gifts on Christmas morning. Hopkinsville Police Department Public Information Officer Mike Atkins says they are conducting their annual Christmas Morning Miracle toy drive.

He adds they will accept new unwrapped toys or gently used toys until Christmas Eve, which will be delivered to children in Hopkinsville Christmas morning.

Officer Atkins says they will accept new unwrapped toys or gently used toys. He notes they will also accept monetary donations. If you plan on writing a check, please make it out to the Hopkinsville Police Officers Fund and bring it to the police station.There are three drop-off locations for anyone wishing to donate toys.

This year for the toy drive, Officer Atkins says they have partnered with Pioneers, Inc., Huhtamaki Inc. of Hopkinsville, and U.S. Smokeless Tobacco.Again, the deadline to drop off toys is December 24th.
