Clarksville Police have released the name of a man killed in a Monday night shooting.
According to Public Information Officer Jim Knoll, 22-year old Antorius Gallion of Clarksville died at a Nashville hospital after he was struck by a bullet in the area of Warfield Boulevard and Raleigh Court.
Officers were originally called out to a wreck with injuries after 7:30, but they discovered that a vehicle had been shot at multiple times from another vehicle.
The vehicle ended up overturned in the area of Raleigh Court. There were two other people in the vehicle. A female in her 20s who was a passenger was transported to a hospital for back pain and has since been released. The other passenger, a male in his 20s, was unharmed.
Knoll adds they are working with some solid leads. Based on preliminary information, the suspects were not strangers to the victims.
