Dossett Wins Reelection As 9th District State Representative

Ninth District State Representative Myron Dossett will return to Frankfort for a 4th term after defeating Democrat William Coleman in Tuesday’s General Election.

Dossett easily carried Christian and Hopkins counties to win the election over Coleman by a 7,995 to 3,376 margin. Dossett picked up 4,130 votes in Christian County and 3,665 votes in Hopkins County.

Dossett says he is looking forward to continuing the work underway in the Kentucky General Assembly.

Dossett was first elected 9th District State Representative in 2007 following the retirement of longtime State Representative Jim Bruce.
