The Christian County Coroner’s office will be under new leadership January 1.
Scott Daniel defeated Zachary Lamb in the Coroner’s race, with receiving 8,912 votes and carrying compared to 8,260 votes for Lamb.
Daniel is looking forward to serving the people of Christian County in a new role. His platform included the coroner not being involved in a funeral home and improve care and concern for families at their time of loss.
Lamb has served as Deputy Coroner under his father, Coroner Doris Lamb. Daniel retired after a career at the Hopkinsville Fire Department.
