The Storm Prediction Center says our region could see some severe storms Monday night.
According to meteorologists, numerous severe storms with the potential for damaging wind and tornadoes are expected Monday evening into the overnight hours from a portion of the lower Mississippi Valley into the Tennessee and Ohio Valleys. They add the latest models have pushed the severe risk areas farther north and east based on the latest trends in model guidance.
Western Kentucky is currently under an enhanced risk for severe storms (3/5) for Monday evening.
