A Trigg County woman was arrested after police responded to the report of a juvenile in the road.
According to a report from Cadiz Police, 22-year old Harley P’Poole was arrested after an officer arrived to an address on Westend Street where neighbors had a 4-year old male wearing only a shirt and underwear in their custody. The officer made contact with P’Poole, asleep inside her apartment. She was unaware her son had went outside. DCBS was called to the scene and informed the officer that this was the second time this had happened at the same address.
P’Poole was arrested and taken to the Christian County Jail facing a 3rd-degree criminal abuse charge.
