Police say the woman who crashed a vehicle through the glass doors of a car dealership in Clarksville has been identified. Clarksville Police spokesman Jim Knoll says charges are pending and the investigation continues. At this time, authorities have not released her name.

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman that crashed a car through the glass doors of a car dealership on Trenton Road in Clarksville this past weekend.

Clarksville Police spokesman Jim Knoll says an unknown female driver of a Buick was seen on video surveillance sitting in the parking lot of the car dealership on Trenton Road around 3:40 on the morning of October 13. She then drove the car through the glass doors shortly after 4:00 where she hit a 2018 Kia Stinger parked on the showroom floor. Eventually, Knoll says the driver backed out of the dealership and fled the scene. An employee arrived at work and notified police around 6:30 a.m.
