Authorities say a welfare check landed a Trigg County man in jail for meth possession and endangering the welfare of a child. Trigg County Sheriff Ray Burnam tells the News Edge Major David Tomlinson arrested 51-year old Robert William King around 9:05 Thursday night at his residence on Canton Road.
King was booked into the Christian County Jail charged with 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, Possession of Synthetic Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor because there was a child inside the home.
