The outlook for the 2018 winter wheat crop is looking good. Following Thursday’s Winter Wheat Meeting in Hopkinsville, University of Kentucky Small Grains Specialist Bill Bruening says all signs are pointing to a good crop and demand.
Grains Center of Excellence Director Dr. Chad Lee says he always gains quite a bit from the meeting.
Organizers say about 120 farmers, Certified Crop Advisors and other members of agribusiness community attended the meeting.
