If you are thinking about starting a small business or you already have a small business and need some advice, MEDI will be hosting Hopkinsville's Small Business Accelerator this weekend. Director Henry Snorton says this is a small business bootcamp for start-ups.
He notes there is a registration fee and space is limited for the program Saturday.
Snorton indicates this is not only for those wanting to start a business, but those who may have started a small business in the past one to three years.
He says the Accelerator is not course work, but rather advice from local experts.
Snorton adds he hopes attendees will be able to network with the presenters after the meeting and get more one on one time as well.
The Accelerator will be held Saturday from 8:30am until 5:00pm at MEDI, located at 1101-A South Main Street in Hopkinsville, inside U.S. Bank in downtown. For more information, contact MEDI at (270) 885-8885. The registration deadline is Thursday.
