First District Congressman James Comer is hoping Congress will pass entitlement reform. Congressman Comer recently told the News Edge he is concerned about the number of Kentuckians that are on medicaid that might be able to work.
Comer says there are employers around the First District who are having trouble finding enough workers to run their business.
He notes the changes he is talking about would affect only Medicaid recipients.
Congress will reconvene this week following the Christmas and New Year holiday break.
