A third person in the vehicle was located around 9:40pm laying in a nearby cornfield. Freedom Friday Chili Cookoff
The Sgt.-Majors Association from Fort Campbell took top honors during the Annual Freedom Friday Chili Cookoff in downtown Hopkinsville. The Hopkinsville Fire Department took first place honors, with a new team, the Hopkinsville High School Culinary Class, taking second. Five Star Radio took third place, and Budweiser of Hopkinsville took fourth. The HHS Culinary Class also won the award for Best Theme, with Boss or Better Opportunities For Single Soldiers winning the Crowd Favorite Award.
