Remains Found In Livingston County



State Police are investigating the discovery of human remains earlier this week in Livingston County.  According to the report released late Tuesday night, a hiker found a human skull Monday while searching for arrowheads on the banks of the Tennessee River, in the area off Haddox Ferry Road. Investigators then responded to the area and recovered the skull along with other items believed to be human remains.

Investigators then returned to the scene Tuesday and recovered additional remains. State Police say foul play is not suspected, and their investigation is continuing.
