A Cerulean teenager was injured Sunday morning in an accident involving a horse and buggy. According to Kentucky State Police, 23-year old Branden McGhee, of Cerulean, was southbound on Kentucky 91, about four miles north of Hopkinsville, when he struck a horse and buggy driven by 60-year old John Stoltzfus, of Cerulean.
The report says McGhee was closely following a vehicle that suddenly passed the buggy, with McGhee then not having time to avoid striking the buggy in the rear.
