Christian County Indictments



The Christian County Grand Jury indicted numerous people this week, including a group accused of attacking two men in November. 24-year old Stephen Brown, of West 2nd Street, 23-year old Marcus Brown, of North Elm Street, 34-year old Charles Hollowell, of Braden Street, 27-year old Daphe Love, of West 2nd Street, 28-year old Timothy Brown, of West 2nd Street, 29-year old DeCole Love, of Cates Street, 22-year old Keyanna Jones, of South Kentucky Avenue, were indicted for first degree robbery and second degree assault. Stephen Brown was also indicted for possession of cocaine. All the charges relate to an incident where the group allegedly attacked Chris and Curtis McGee.

22-year old Mallory Klebold, of Shiloh Church Road, and 34-year old Troy Clark of Shiloh Church Road was indicted for possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. 23-year old Biyonas Barker, of Oak Street, was indicted on two counts of wanton endangerment, first degree fleeing and evading, tampering with a prisoner monitoring device, leaving the scene of an accident, third degree criminal mischief, and giving an officer a false name. She reportedly fled from officers and hit a house on South O'Neal Avenue. Officers were originally looking for her because she was accused of shoplifting from Dollar General.

27-year old Edward Settles, of Hopkinsville, was indicted for trafficking in lortab. 22-year old Alexius Lee, of South Virginia Street, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over 500 dollars and theft by deception under 500 dollars. Lee is accused of taking Stacy Hawkins' 1992 Nissan Maxima and selling it.

37-year old Timothy Leyenaar, of Butler Road, was indicted for second degree assault after allegedly injuring his girlfriend's arm. 32-year old Eric Clark, of East 1st Street, was indicted on charges of trafficking in cocaine, promoting contraband, tampering with physical evidence, and giving officers a false name.

30-year old Casey Blaine, of Hazel Street, was indicted for trafficking in cocaine, promoting contraband, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
