A Hopkinsville man face charges following his arrest Wednesday evening outside of Bradford Square Mall. According to the report, officers responded to a complaint around 6:00pm, outside of the entrance to Penny's, and arrested 61-year old Robert Palmer Jr. on charges of Terroristic Threatening, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Intoxication. Palmer is accused of making obscene comments to mall patrons, and then threatening to kill the officer who arrested him.
