Ovey Discusses Seth Hooks Case Investigation

Commonwealth's Attorney G. L. Ovey says he is pleased the Trigg County Grand Jury returned an indictment last week in the Harvey Choat murder case. Ovey says he recently received the final evidence he felt was needed to present the case.

Ovey says he often reminds jury members it takes a little longer to solve a crime than what is portrayed on television shows.

He says another factor in the Harvey Choat murder case was the amount of time that lapsed before his body was located.
