The Christian County Grand Jury says several people will have to answer to felony charges in Circuit Court. According to court records, Nicholas Wilson and Dylan Crick were indicted on eight counts of first degree criminal mischief, 12 counts of second degree criminal mischief and four counts of third degree criminal mischief in connection to the destruction of vehicles on the Toyota of Hopkinsville and Patriot Chevrolet car lots in February. The two reportedly caused over 23-thousand dollars in damage to cars on the two lots on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
Robin Rose was indicted on 45 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument and one count of theft by unlawful taking over 10-thousand dollars. The indictment says Rose wrote 45 checks totaling over 11-thousand dollars on the accounts of Bill Beliles Furniture.
Dorrence Hill was indicted on one of first degree sodomy after he allegedly engaged in deviant sexual intercourse with the victim. The warrant says Hill and the victim were drinking the night before and the victim woke up to find Hill performing unwanted sexual acts upon him.
Shane Hutson was indicted on charges of burglary, assault of a police officer, unlawful imprisonment, disorderly conduct and assault fourth degree. Hutson reportedly assaulted his wife, Heather Hutson, and then when deputies showed up he became uncooperative and spit on a deputy. Brian Vandiver was indicted on charges of stalking and harassing communications.
Ahgeana Bailey was indicted on charges of first degree assault and unlawful transaction with a minor after she convinced a juvenile to lure Jeffery Bess to the Honeysuckle Drive area, where he was assaulted by three men. The juvenile then stabbed him and police say Bailey orchestrated the whole incident.
Raymond Hurt, Junior was indicted on charges of trafficking in cocaine and failure to or improper signal. Brandon Smith was indicted for trafficking in meth, trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Dana Uchiyama was indicted on a charge of theft of a controlled substance.
Roshaun Quarles was indicted on charges of wanton endangerment and terroristic threatening after allegedly pulling a gun on a man, who refused to let him take a four-wheeler for a spin. The warrant says Quarles previously used the four-wheeler to flee from officers and that is why the victim took out a no trespassing letter on Quarles.
Hampton Alley was indicted on two counts of forgery, fraudulent firearm transaction, and two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Sean Pernestti was indicted on charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no or expired registration plates. Russell Edwards was indicted for trafficking in cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Joe Pettus was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Darron Bean was indicted for tampering with a prisoner monitoring device. Bobby Kyles was indicted for failing to comply with the sex offender registry. Mory Burse and Kenobi Willis were indicted on a charge of being a persistent felony offender. Laurie Wharton and Shanika Mimmis were indicted for fraudulently obtaining SNAP benefits over 100 dollars.
