Industrial Hemp continues to work it's way through the Kentucky General Assembly and one of it's biggest proponents is still pushing for it even after he's left office.
Former 3rd District Senator Joey Pendleton says he's excited about some of the changes the House has made to the Industrial Hemp Bill that was passed by the Senate.
Pendleton says one of the arguments against Hemp is that there is no market.
The House Agriculture Committee was set for a vote on the issue Wednesday but passed on the vote. Chairman Tom McKee says he wants another revised bill that calls for more research by the University of Kentucky.
