Industrial Hemp Legislation Moving Forward

Shortly after the Industrial Hemp Bill passed the Kentucky Senate Thursday, Kentucky's US Senator's put forth an industrial hemp bill to the US Senate.

Kentucky's Senate voted overwhelmingly in favor of Senator Paul Hornback's Industrial Hemp Bill. Agriculture Commissioner James Comer says he is extremely proud of the Kentucky State Senate for its commitment to job creation in Kentucky. The bill passed 31 to 6.
