The man accused of attacking the Country Boy store owner and robbing the store last year entered a plea of not guilty Wednesday afternoon during arraignment.
William Fields entered an initial not guilty plea in Christian Circuit Court. Judge Andrew Self set another pretrial hearing for March 27th. Fields is accused of attacking Gant Golladay with a hatchet at his business in late October. He then reportedly took guns and other items from the store and fled. He was arrested at the Wal-Mart in Murray.
