Hopkinsville Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast A Success

The Hopkinsville Kiwanis Club's annual Pancake Breakfast will go down as one of the best in recent years after more than 750 people turned out. Hopkinsville Police Chief and event chairman Guy Howie says 768 people passed through doors to enjoy breakfast and support the many projects of the club.

Howie says they also help three youth clubs, who returned the favor.

Howie adds the entire club always pulls together to make the event a success.

The breakfast takes place at the War Memorial Building in downtown Hopkinsville, which is also the home of the club. Kiwanian Tony Winfield was on hand to broadcast on Oldies Radio 96.5 and 100.9 FM.
