Power Restored To All Pennyrile Customers Thursday

Pennyrile Electric spokesman Brent Gilkey says electric power has been restored to all customers that were affected in South Christian County.
Gilkey says power was restored to the last customers located along Highway 117-the Herndon-Oak Grove Road Thursday night shortly before 8:00.
Line Crews from Pennyrile worked extra hours during the last couple of days to replace more than 50 electric poles and restore service to more than 35-hundred customers in Christian, Trigg and Todd Counties that lost power when severe thunderstorms moved through the region early Wednesday morning.
