Great Reception For Ky Proud By Ky Heroes

Agriculture Commissioner James Comer says the Kentucky Proud Homegrown By Heroes program will help get locally grown products into some major retail outlets.
Comer says response to the new division of Kentucky Proud has been very good since the announcement was made last week.

Comer says the logo for the new product is similar to the traditional Kentucky Proud logo, with an addition.

Commissioner Comer adds the program is a win for farmers and veterans.

The Commissioner introduced the new initiative last week during a joint news conference with Kentucky Adjutant General Edward Tonini January 22nd. To learn more about the program, go to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture website.
