2011 Murder Set For Trial Tuesday

The man accused of killing his father in November 2011, in Oak Grove, will go to trial Tuesday in Christian Circuit Court. 57-year old Darrell Tidwell will have to answer to a charge of murder in the death of his 86-year old father, Kenneth Tidwell, and Commonwealth's Attorney Lynn Pryor will be presenting evidence, which includes statements by the defendant and his vicitm.

Pryor appeared before Circuit Judge John Atkins Friday to discuss the statements. Atkins ruled in favor of the defense on one statement, but Pryor has others.
